Bill Fisher specializes in developing investment policy statements, asset-allocation structures, and portfolio analysis for institutional clients, including trade and professional associations, charitable organizations, endowments, foundations and corporate pension plans. He provides personalized service and works to build strong relationships with clients. In 2006, Mr. Fisher was a member of the Olcott Consulting Group of Wachovia Securities LLC (now Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC), when Managing Partner Rob Olcott was featured in Virginia Business magazine as one of Virginia’s Top financial advisors selected by author R.J. Shook to be included in his Winner’s Circle book, based on quantitative and qualitative criteria as well as by examining regulatory records and talking with peers, supervisors, clients and the advisors themselves. Portfolio performance is not a criterion because most advisors do not have audited track records.

Mr. Fisher is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Association Forum of Chicagoland and the Finance and Administration Roundtable (FAR).

In addition to his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Mr. Fisher holds his general securities and managed futures securities registrations. He completed post-graduate work in finance at George Mason University and has completed special training courses at the Center for Fiduciary Studies, although he currently does not act in a fiduciary capacity.

Mr. Fisher volunteers his time as an officer of Wakefield Manor Farm in Huntly, Virginia.
